My mom is such a cleaner, I felt a little lazy because if I didn't hop right up to do the dishes after we ate or something, they were already done. Our house was always picked up, I don't know how she does it with Cody around! She reads books all the time. The current ones were The Education of Little Tree, one about healthcare and life and death decisions, and one about Mesoamerica and the Book of Mormon. She only reads educational or classical books and loves to tell me about them and I love to hear about them. I have tried and tried to get her to read Harry Potter, but she finally just told me that she doesn't have time because she wants to learn while she's reading. She is very knowledgeable about a lot of things because of it...maybe I should do that too! I love the thirst for knowledge that my mom has.

We did some serious walking in the Coliseum. I cannot wait for the snow to stop coming so we can start walking outside. Ben went to what's called the SAVMA Symposium, a vet conference, in Ohio. He was on a palpation team that competed while they were there and they went to a bunch of classes too. He came home with a horrible sinus infection and is still recovering, but we're glad to have him back!
In the mornings, Cody will often say "hold," and then once I put Macey by him, he will say "cheese," meaning, take our picture. These are a few and a couple more pictures of them talking in the bathroom.
