Spring Break : Utah
I was so prepared for the flight with books and activities for the kids.
Then the plane started and entertained the kids for me.
Mackayla was so congested this trip and every night she managed to roll over and snore in Macey's ear! Macey is such a light sleeper we finally moved her:) We had to convince the girls after the first night that they couldn't wear just underwear to bed since their boy cousins were mortified! Ha!
We went to Saturday's Warrior and I cried the whole time. I wouldn't suggest seeing it unless you liked the first one. It's equally as cheesy, but I loved it.
There is a girl in a wheelchair in the movie who eventually dies. I was so stressed about that the whole time watching it with Benson. But he handled it like a champ. He asked his dad if she died because she was in a wheelchair, and he told him no.
This is one of my favorite pictures. It's hanging on my mom's fridge. Strong little guy!
Love their ramp for his power chair.
We ran over to the barn for a minute to see all the chickens and turkeys!
We got to see Blake and Callie while they competed in a junior rodeo! They did awesome!
And they met Tough Cooper.
Annabelle was the superstar of the week.
Ben, the responsible one in our family, stayed home most of the week working.
He was able to meet up with a lifelong friend for dinner while they were in town one night.
Mackayla was finally reunited with her cute friend:)
Cody finally was reunited with his buddies Clay, and Bo.
We were so lucky to go to the zoo and see the cute babies.
Papa Jeff gave Cody some cowboy riding lessons.
Macey got some too
This is how Logan spent most of his time at the farm. Literally.
Once he asked me to get him down and he leaned his cute face on mine and snotted allll the way down my face. He is so darn cute I didn't even mind that much:)
We went skating. This is the first time the kids have rollerbladed. In my mind there's certain things every kid learns to do: ride a bike, do a cartwheel...and rollerblading is one of those things they should do. Good thing we did it! We'll have to do it again!
Cody shot the monster in the treasure chest and won 400 tickets!
I saw one of my friends I've known since I was five.
We got ice cream and Nielsen's.
Winner winner ribs for dinner.
Getting your nails done by Becky is WAY better than a professional nail salon, and looks way better, too!
We'll be back!
