I googled it for myself and there are quite a few websites that will do it for you. But blurb.com was one a friend used and was happy with. P.S. You look great in both pictures! Gorgeous as always :)
No pregnancy picture is pretty. I think it is great, you shouldn't remove it. I found a great site for printing blogs, pictures, and scrap pages that is cheap and GREAT quality. I think a hard bound book for a whole year for me was about $50. You can download it, tweak it to what you want and see how much it is before ordering. We're expecting our first in January and I don't think I'll let Greg have the camera until after I've had a chance to clean up because he thinks that pictures that I look horrible in are funny. He's very sensitive.
I've used Blurb (www.blurb.com) to print books for me and the quality was really good. Apparently they can suck your blog into a book but I've never tried it. I did have some problems with their software, which I complained about and they gave me the books for free (including shipping) so I've forgiven them.

I think you look just fine- nobody should look as good as you did in that second one after having a baby. However, hopefully I will with my second one- cause I looked like you after Clay and I had no problems like you did.
