I haven't read your blog forever. I miss you guys so much. You're such a good mom and always doing fun stuff. I'm excited to see Powell pix. You should try that smoothie with Silk coconut milk. It's with almond milk and regular milk. It has a lot less fat that way but you still get the nummy flavor.
