We've been going to Lake Powell since before we all had kids, it's Ben's favorite tradition of his family's. We all love it!
It has changed a lot since the kiddos arrived (all at once!)
I would say it's gotten better.
A little less "relaxing," but way better.
This year the weather was perfect Lake Powell weather. It was hot, but the water was warm, so we did a lot of swimming - - perfect! And it wasn't so hot that we couldn't sleep at night, double bonus.
Here are a few things the KIDS got to do at Lake Powell:
We had a pirate auction, where we used our doubloons to get auction items.
(A few were even "pirated"-)
Cute Lisa joined us this year and she could often be found with one...or all...of the kids.
A fairy house was hidden outside each day for the kids to find pirate/fairy treasures.

We look forward to next year, when our NEWEST cousin Oakley Mae will join us (maybe? :) )!! She'll be ONE.
