Halloween may be the last day of the month but the celebrating lasts a whole lot longer!
Mackayla's Preschool went to Tanaka Farms one day.
They got to pet the animals.
One tried to gobble her:)
And they made it through the corn maze
They picked some fresh veggies
and a pumpkin.
Mackayla had a fall along the way. She's pretty tough though.
We had a bunch of games and gymnastics mixed into this month.
There were clouds one day. Which might not sound exciting to anyone, but I was laughing at just how many people posted cloud pictures to instagram. It really isn't that common around here:)
Game day for Cody. And Ben on call taking a call that day. So tricky to work that in sometimes.
Cody's in there, but I bet you can't tell where! I know I can't!
Mackayla has some serious range in her kicks.
This is the one carving picture I got. Fail.
Our ward trunk or treat was extra exciting because Macey's favorite person in the whole world came. She's not a member of our church, so Macey loved showing her around and introducing her to people. They mostly all know each other from school though.
It was extra exciting for me because I WON the chili cooking contest!!!
This is only most exciting because I'm usually the person that brings the thing that no one eats.
This is my awesome trophy.
Mackayla loved it too and we really didn't see Cody for much of the night:)
Since Mackayla had already gotten to go to Tanaka Farms, while she was at preschool I took the kids on their day off.
This not-working picture is a picture of Macey perfecting a skill. But I guess no one can see that.
She can also hold an L on the bars and do "skin the cat" and she's super excited about it!
On Halloween night we went to a friend's house and had pizza and then the kids trick or treated with them. We didn't go to the crowded fun street with the haunted houses this year, but it's trick or treating, so you really can't go wrong:)!
Any time I couldn't find Macey she was crawling around like a cat. Under tables, around people...
I chose to ignore the fact that the huge pile of wrappers growing in the garbage meant that's how much candy my children were consuming. :)
Happy Halloween!!
