Macey's Sweet Shoppe opened for one night of birthday partying.
She has such a mishmash of cute friends, and she truly ADORES each friend she invited. It made it so fun to celebrate her.
They had a sweet shop, pajama, stuffed animal, and movie party. The stuffed animal was to hold during the movie, I think.
I have reached a new level of laziness because I won't even edit my pictures, now. But I have to restart my computer and it takes forever to restart.
Here's the spread. These were all toppings for ice cream. Plus the cake. We didn't even end up eating it because there was so much other sugar.
If that wasn't enough candy we did a piƱata too...
It's sad that Macey is so shy and doesn't love to be sung to.
Oh, wait.
This is her eating up the attention.
She has become famous in our ward for her llama alpaca song. They even asked her to do it at our ward Christmas party, but we're not going to be able to go.
It's not even attention from kids she adores the most, it's adult attention. I'm pretty sure if she had it her way all her friends would be grown ups. But she does love her kid friends a lot, so maybe not:)
We borrowed a projector from Ben's parents and watched a movie in the garage. We pulled our couch out there, the love sac and some carpet remnants, plus a load of blankets.
It was a hit!
Everyone signed their names and signed and decorated the paper table cloth we put on the table.
This was a perfect homemade Macey party and I'm so glad we did it this way.
I love this girl. She has a natural desire to share goodness with others, including her love of the gospel. She is such a happy smart girl and we're pretty glad she's in our family.
