I was thinking while I made it, it wasn't apple pie season.
But I shared some with some friends (they had a crazy day)-who are super smart people-and they told me it's pie day...but Pi Day!
Perfect. Maybe I'll have two pieces to celebrate:)
PS. I had to admit today that I can no longer button up my pants. So after going to the grocery store (for the 3RD time, arg) I unbuttoned them and breathed a sigh of relief. But I forgot to button them back up, so when I dropped the pie off I paraded around with my pants unbuttoned and unzipped. Sorry guys! I'm awesome.

Glad to hear you are feeling better. Hope the pie was delicious. If I could make pie I would have made one for pi day but I am not that gifted in the kitchen!
